I'm going to the beach in a month, and I want to lose the last 4-5 kg of fat so that my abs are defined and I look lean on the beach. I'm already on a strict diet and doing cardio every day, but my progress has slowed down – my metabolism has adapted. I'm thinking of adding T3 (triiodothyronine) for 4-5 weeks to speed up my metabolism and burn fat without losing muscle. Has anyone tried combining it with maple syrup or just on its own? What doses are safe so as not to damage the thyroid?
T3 is a powerful tool for final drying, especially when fat is stubborn. I took 25 mcg solo for the first 3 days, then increased to 50-75 mcg/day for 4 weeks, with a gradual decrease at the end so that the thyroid gland would not "fall asleep." The fat went away very quickly – minus 5 kg in 5 weeks, mostly fat, muscles were preserved, energy was high. Be sure to add 200 mcg of selenium and iodine, drink plenty of water. By the way, I was also interested in how much does t3 cost in Europe, because it is expensive and requires a prescription in pharmacies, but on Redmond Pharm it was much cheaper, pharmaceutical quality, arrives quickly and without customs. Don't buy cheap no-name brands – fakes often don't work.
