It really does come down to how niche your requirements are, I find. Some no-code platforms are surprisingly flexible, but others, you'll find yourself hitting a wall. I actually had a demo recently of the Creatio CRM. It seems pretty powerful and comes with a bunch of drag-and-drop features. It claims to have unlimited no-code customization. However, with tools like this, it may be necessary to have database knowledge if you want to perform more specific tasks.
