Web3 didn’t fail because it lacked protocols. It struggled because too many teams treated ideology as a replacement for product discipline.

What we’re seeing now is a necessary correction. The projects that are surviving are the ones building real systems, shipping usable products, and maintaining them under real-world constraints.

That shift from narratives to execution is what the next Web3 era will actually be built on.
