• Go to the folder containing your QuickBooks files.
• The transaction log file will have the same name as your company file but extension .tlg.
• Right-click on the file and select Rename.
• Add .old at the end of the file name.
• After saving the file, open the QuickBooks Tool hub and click on Network Issues.
• Select QuickBooks Database Server Manager in the options.
• Click on Browse to locate the QB folder & tap on Scan.
