I want to buy a bead mill machine for my small printing ink company. I have been looking at different brands but cannot find out which one would work best for myself. I have a production of about 500 kg of printing inks a day. Should I get a horizontal bead mill or a vertical one? What size machine would be compatible with my production numbers? I was told that horizontal machines perform better when operated continuously. I have a moderate amount of money to invest in this piece of equipment; I want it to be reliable but not to be too expensive to operate. Anyone here either has experience with machines from India or China specifically? Also, there is a specific type of grinding media used in these machines when making inks; please share your thoughts as well. Thank you for any feedback you can provide.
