Duratia 30 mg generally contains dapoxetine, a medicine used to treat premature ejaculation (PE). It helps some men improve control over ejaculation, but it is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED). Medicines such as sildenafil (Zenegra or Viagra) treat ED, while dapoxetine targets premature ejaculation. Combining them may be considered in selected patients, but it requires medical assessment because of possible dizziness, fainting and blood-pressure changes.
