Joe Ricotta is a postdoc in the Drew Lab @ PSU investigating the role of mechanotransduction in central nervous system function. Broadly speaking, this involves the study of both the consequences of bodily movement on the cells which participate in its generation and how cellular energetics may scale to inform theories of behavior.
