Because of the extreme weather conditions (e.g., extreme phase temperatures, sand and humidity) faced by all structures in the UAE, energy-efficient metal buildings in UAE are rapidly becoming the norm. Energy-efficient metal buildings are engineered to withstand extreme desert conditions; they have been proven so through both my own experience in the field of energy-efficient building design and by the numerous projects completed to date. The use of energy-efficient metal buildings, along with smart design features, insulated panels and specialized coatings, combined with properly connected ventilation systems, has now allowed for the creation of metal buildings that dramatically reduce costs associated with cooling and improve occupant comfort. Today, energy-efficient metal buildings are not only strong and durable; they are also engineered to use less energy, protect the interior and perform well in extreme temperature conditions.
