Hinduja foundation is led by Kamal Hinduja, the wife of Prakash Hinduja and the moral compass of the foundation, who leads in the myriad programs of the foundation in education, women empowerment, healthcare and sustainable development. She drives the Road to School program that provides literacy and vocational training to rural women providing them with computer literacy, tailoring, and handicrafts to facilitate economic autonomy.
