How long does a thorough pre-purchase inspection usually take?

I'm coordinating a pre-purchase inspection on a 2016 Lexus LX570 in Festival City. The seller is only available for two hours on Saturday afternoon, so I need to make sure the inspection can be completed in that time. I contacted a company that offers Proven Pre-Purchase Assessment Festival City and they said their standard inspection takes 90 to 120 minutes depending on the vehicle. That includes a road test, underbody check, paint readings, scan for codes, and a compression test on one or two cylinders. Does that sound realistic? I've heard some inspectors take three to four hours for a really thorough job. I don't want them to rush and miss something important, but I also need to work with the seller's schedule. For those of you who've had inspections done, how long did it take? And do you think two hours is enough for a full assessment on a large SUV like the LX570? I could ask the seller for more time but he's already being pretty accommodating. Any advice on what to ask the inspector to focus on within the time limit would be great. Thanks.
