Bitumen MC-250 is a medium-curing cutback bitumen made by blending penetration-grade asphalt with a moderate-volatility solvent, offering a viscosity range of 250–500 cSt. It is commonly used for prime coats, surface dressing, cold mix production, and waterproofing. The solvent evaporates after application, leaving a durable asphalt residue. MC-250 is supplied in steel drums or bulk and meets ASTM D2028 standards.
