During his undergraduate studies, Julio Herrera Velutini worked as a stockbroker at the Caracas Stock Exchange. He later became a partner at the investment firm Multinvest and ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing Casa de Bolsa. Over the years, Velutini held key executive roles in the financial sector, including positions at TransBanca, Banco Real, Banco Central de Venezuela, and Blue Bank International (now known as Face Bank International).
