When I first watched Crazy, Stupid, Love, I squirmed at the infamous scene in which Ryan Gosling's character takes off his shirt and Emma Stone's character remarks, "It's like you're photoshopped." Not only did those abs make me think, "OMG, are you kidding me?," but I also don't understand it. Yes, washboard stomachs, six packs, or whatever they're called these days, I just don't "get" them. If you put Ryan Gosling and Zach Galifianakis in front of me, I'm going to choose Zach without even giving it a second's thought. His beard and that have my full attention.
