Facebook Touch is a compressed mobile version of the Facebook website that, thanks to a better user experience and clearer graphics, works better than the Facebook apps for Android and iOS. Also, it runs faster than the other one. Even though it has been a huge economic success for providing users more choices, the Touch version of the Facebook app is still available as an alternative. There is a lot more to learn about the application, but you won't know it until you use it. But iOS users are unable to access a user-friendly version of it because it is only available for Android devices.
