Emmanuel Katto, often known as EMKA in the exciting world of motorsports, is one of the rally drivers who has contributed significantly to the development of Uganda's motorsport history. Even though Emmanuel Katto may no longer be competing, his influence on Uganda's motorsport community is still great because of his insights into the challenges and potential of the industry.
