An entrepreneur from Uganda named Emmanuel Katto, who invests in African minerals, is causing a stir with his brilliant idea of using Africa's abundant natural resources to propel the continent to the forefront of the global economy. Emka, as he is well known, has proposed a number of proposals that African governments should give careful thought to in order to optimize the benefits of their natural riches.
