Not sure which needle size to use for sewing on a patch? The right choice depends on the fabric and patch thickness!

🔹 Heavy Fabrics (Denim, Leather, Jackets): Use a size 90/14 or 100/16 needle for strong, clean stitches.

🔹 Light Fabrics (Cotton, Shirts, Hats): A size 75/11 or 80/12 works best for a smooth finish.
