In the IWMS world, one of the most common topics of discussion is rollout strategy. When implementing an IWMS solution like IBM TRIRIGA Implementation Services (IS), should organizations adopt a "Big Bang" or phased approach when rolling out the solution? My observation has been that starting implementation with Real Estate Management and then rolling out Operations and Maintenance over time has allowed for greater user adoption. However, this may also increase the overall timeline. What has been your experience with regard to the best way to deploy these types of services for a large enterprise?
