Demcra has come along way since it's conception, but the important step is to assemble a board of directors to make the decisions. We already have 4 potential members, but need at least 5 dedicated members who can participate in online meetings every two weeks.

The signing bonus comment was more of a joke, 1000 DOGE is an insignificant amount (a few cents) as I can't really afford to throw money around.
I like DOGE because the transactions are way faster (eg. deposits take 2 minutes instead of 30) and it feels better to give 1000 of something rather than 0.0001 of something, even if the value is the same.
If you really want BTC, shapeshift.io is an easy way to convert it, but not really worth it for such a small amount.
Yeah but shapeshift asks for an optional return address and stuff, making it kinda hard to do a conversion.
This was posted on /r/redditalternatives I love this idea, but I have no idea how to use this site and can't figure out where to go to get answers. Any help would be appreciated, and sorry for my first comment being off topic.
But to make it on topic - whoever gets on the board, please make an FAQ or something a priority, and if it already exists please make it easier to find
